This Stratford-based project delivers a 250-room, 23-storey new-build hotel with lower-level Front of House facilities. Targeting high sustainability standards, including integration with the district heating network, the scheme aspires to become a landmark hospitality destination. Planning approval and construction are scheduled for 2025.

We are providing cost management services, including budget-led design management, cost reporting, and consultant invoice valuations. We’ve also developed a Sustainability Toolkit, shaped by this project, to help clients explore the cost impact of sustainable decisions in real time. This is now being further developed in collaboration with QUT in Australia.
