This £2.25 million project transformed two sites to deliver modern, specialist youth care facilities with integrated staff support, tailored to the complex needs of young people in care.

The project included partial demolition and refurbishment of existing buildings to meet modern care standards, construction of self-catering apartments to support resident independence, and development of separate on-site staff accommodation to ensure effective care without compromising privacy.
