Appletree Farm was a half-completed residential development left in administration, with some homes already occupied and the site in a complex transitional state. The funders, working with the administrators, took control and appointed Eutopia Homes to manage and complete the remaining works.
The outstanding scope included finishing the remaining units, completing external works, and delivering essential infrastructure such as drainage and electrical connections.

We acted as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor in this project, supporting Eutopia Homes and the funders through a challenging phase. Our focus was protecting the client’s interests, maintaining financial control, and ensuring quality across a scheme inherited mid-build.

We prioritise creating a positive experience for our clients by efficiently managing costs, minimising risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
