This project involved the demolition of a former commercial garage and the construction of 14 new 4-bedroom dwellings, initially planned as a mix of private homes and HMOs but later changed to all private, with 8 properties futureproofed for HMO conversion. Our role included Contract Administration, monthly contractor valuation assessments, cost reporting, and final accounting.
