This scheme involves the transformation of an existing building into a 221-key hotel, spread across approximately 10 storeys. The design incorporates Front of House facilities on the lower levels and retains around 60% of the existing superstructure. As part of the development, two modern extensions and the existing fifth-floor plant and finishes are being demolished to make way for new, high-spec additions.
The site is located in a sensitive area next to Template, London, presenting significant challenges for construction logistics due to restricted access and space constraints.
We have been appointed to provide full cost management services on this project. Our responsibilities include:
- Managing the evolving design in line with the client’s budget
- Delivering ongoing cost reporting to support commercial decisions
- Evaluating consultant invoices and ensuring financial control throughout
Our team continues to work closely with all stakeholders to maintain cost certainty while supporting high-quality design delivery in this complex and logistically challenging location.
