Our client commissioned an exceptionally high-end refit across two floors of their London office in Hanover Square. The works included a full strip-out and internal refurbishment, incorporating bespoke specialist finishes alongside significant mechanical and electrical upgrades.

Costplan Group was appointed from project inception, providing full quantity surveying, contract administration and project management services through to phased completion and handover.

With a tight programme and exacting quality standards, early engagement and robust project controls were critical to achieving the client’s move-in date while maintaining a premium finish.

The project was delivered on programme, allowing the client to begin occupation as planned. Despite substantial variations during construction, Costplan ensured strong cost control and value for money throughout.
