Canterbury City Council are relocating their offices from their existing premises. The project involves creating
new office space across three different buildings in Canterbury City Centre for use by the CCC teams.

Costplan Group’s engagement is with the Trust’s Development Manager and we are undertaking a combined Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying role. The works have been split into different packages for procurement purposes such as an early strip out and demolition package, control room works and Rose Lane and 1-3 Whitefriars. This has involved multiple stakeholders and procurement processes to navigate.

We prioritise creating a positive experience for our clients by efficiently managing costs, minimising risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
