Callow Hall is an existing grade II listed hotel with 15 rooms located near Ashbourne due south of the Peak District. The rooms retain a large amount of historical interest through panelled walls and original fireplaces.

The project involved light refurbishment, including room reconfiguration, added WCs, and a new kitchen extension, all while preserving the Grade II listed building’s historic character. Costplan supported from tender to contract administration, using a detailed Schedule of Works and frequent site visits to manage the design-light approach and ensure accurate documentation.
