This project involves the construction of a new data hall and an external plant gantry within a live, operational data centre. The works include integration with existing site infrastructure and services, requiring careful coordination to maintain continuous operations throughout the build.

• Leading contract negotiations with the main contractor
• Acting as Engineer under the FIDIC Main Contract
• Providing comprehensive commercial management and cost reporting
