Overview
The project consisted of the conversion of an existing Grade II listed Fire station into 20 high end dwellings within a sought-after area in London. During this scheme a number of changes occurred through the life of the project which involved close monitoring and regular reviewing of all costs to ensure the Employer was aware of decisions they were making at all stages.
Costplan’s Involvement
Costplan was appointed by a private developer to help support the commercial aspects of this complicated scheme. Our services involved post contract commercial management including valuations, variation assessments and regular cost reporting to ensure the project was delivered in line with the Employer’s expectations.
