Panorama West Block

Overview

This affordable housing project comprises of 109 units of one and two bedroom flats with the West Block being 44 units and a sectional completion. The accommodation will provide affordable rented accommodation, in the heart of Ashford town centre, to key workers that have an identified housing need.

Costplan’s Involvement

Costplan were appointed to carry out full commercial quantity surveying services. In addition, we were appointed by the Local Authority to carry out due diligence for the purchase. The scheme was constructed on a busy junction and involved a well considered logistics plan.

In addition, the original Contractor appointed to carry out the works went into insolvency and so our role developed into procuring and managing sub-contractor packages to ensure the project could be completed.
