Costplan Safety Services provided onsite health and safety support and advisory services for the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet Improvement Scheme, a £1 billion project enhancing connectivity between Milton Keynes and Cambridge. The scheme comprises approximately 10 miles of new dual carriageway, a three-tier junction at the A1 Black Cat roundabout, multiple bridge structures, and associated local road improvements.
Working alongside the project team, we provided practical guidance supporting the safe planning and delivery of the works, including monitoring compliance with health and safety legislation, reviewing site arrangements, advising on risk management, and supporting safe systems of work across construction activities.
Through our proactive approach, we helped the project team maintain high health and safety standards throughout construction, managing risks in a large-scale, complex civil engineering environment and supporting delivery of this nationally significant infrastructure project.
BACK TO PROJECTSWe prioritise creating a positive experience for our clients by efficiently managing costs, minimising risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
We have offices in the United Kingdom, Australia and Papua New Guinea.
