Priscilla Wambui Baiya

Priscilla joined Costplan in April 2025 on a Work Experience basis. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Information Technology (2022) degree. In addition to this, Priscilla is currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) at the University of Kent (2024–2026).

Previous work experience includes two years in eLearning; one year as a developer and one year in project management, leading projects for Non-Governmental Organisations across Africa.

Priscilla is working with Costplan on a year-long Industry placement, exploring how data can be leveraged for cost analysis and tender- comparison to aid in decision-making.

In addition, Priscilla is also assisting with developing eLearning modules for Costplan’s internal learning platform.

Priscilla’s Core Values are determination, and the courage to pursue ambitions regardless of challenges.

Her personal vision is to immerse herself in the construction industry, gaining hands-on knowledge and experience, with the long-term goal of becoming highly skilled and expert in her chosen discipline.
