The project involves a comprehensive interior and exterior refurbishment of a multi-story building.
Interior works include upgrading the reception area, office floors (LG, 2nd, 4th, 5th, & 6th), WCs, end-of-trip facilities, stairs, lift cars, and common areas with modern finishes and improved accessibility.
Exterior improvements include the creation of new terraces from levels 3-6, enlargement of windows on the Austin Friars facades, and the replacement of windows on the 2nd and 5th floors. Additionally, the colonnade on the 5th floor will be enhanced.
